Yann started his career in the PV industry in 2007 and has held various sales and marketing positions at Schott Solar, Aleo Solar and SolarEdge, which brings a wealth of knowledge to our team.

Barbara has extensive experience in the photovoltaics industry. With a background in construction engineering and architecture, she has held significant technical and commercial positions at leading PV-companies, and is committed to leveraging her expertise to drive the GoodWe's growth in the BIPV sector across Europe.

Antonia is an international marketing professional with experience in the consumer electronics and renewable energy sectors. She drives the B2C expansion of GoodWe’s PVBM product line in Europe, developing digital campaigns, online sales channels, and strategic partnerships to strengthen the brand’s position.

With 7 years of experience in project and product management, and 5 years in the solar market, Lucas has held key technical and commercial role in our team. He is committed to bringing new BIPV solutions to the country and promoting this new technology in Brazil and South America.

With solid experience in the commercial and operations sectors, Rafael has stood out in large companies in the construction and industry segments. His career is now strongly focused on market development of GoodWe PVBM products and brand in South America.

Gabriel has 13 years of experience in marketing, product management and corporate strategies, with a focus on developing national and international market niches.

Ricardo is a seasoned commercial leader with a background in Business Administration, a postgraduate degree in Sales & Marketing, and an MBA in Business Management. He brings 30+ years of experience in consultative technical sales and go-to-market leadership for value-added solutions in the construction and solar PV sectors.

Farhan is a passionate advocate for renewable energy, boasting over 15 years of experience in power generation as well as retail and commercial energy.

Kang combines his Electrical Engineering background with channel sales expertise. He is highly skilled at bridging technical and business discussions, knowing how to speak both languages. This enables him to drive adoption of innovative BIPV solutions across various sectors.

Nathan is a vibrant professional in public relations, with a strong background in media, digital marketing and strategic communication. Before joining GoodWe, Nathan worked across industries from media entertainment to non-profit social impact organisations, including collaborations with Paralympics Australia and creative production studios.
