Barbara has extensive experience in the photovoltaics industry. With a background in construction engineering and architecture, she has held significant technical and commercial positions at leading PV-companies, and is committed to leveraging her expertise to drive the GoodWe's growth in the BIPV sector across Europe.

Antonia is an international marketing professional with experience in the consumer electronics and renewable energy sectors. She drives the B2C expansion of GoodWe’s PVBM product line in Europe, developing digital campaigns, online sales channels, and strategic partnerships to strengthen the brand’s position.

With solid experience in the commercial and operations sectors, Rafael has stood out in large companies in the construction and industry segments. His career is now strongly focused on market development of GoodWe PVBM products and brand in South America.

Ricardo is a seasoned commercial leader with a background in Business Administration, a postgraduate degree in Sales & Marketing, and an MBA in Business Management. He brings 30+ years of experience in consultative technical sales and go-to-market leadership for value-added solutions in the construction and solar PV sectors.

Gabriel has 13 years of experience in marketing, product management and corporate strategies, with a focus on developing national and international market niches.

Kang combines his Electrical Engineering background with channel sales expertise. He is highly skilled at bridging technical and business discussions, knowing how to speak both languages. This enables him to drive adoption of innovative BIPV solutions across various sectors.

Farhan is a passionate advocate for renewable energy, boasting over 15 years of experience in power generation as well as retail and commercial energy.
