GoodWe PVBM Shines Bright at All-Energy Australia 2025
October 31, 2025
GoodWe PVBM, the building-integrated photovoltaics (BIPV) division of global solar company GoodWe, has had a fantastic two-day exhibit at All-Energy Australia 2025 at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC). Showcasing a complete offering of both residential and commercial solar infrastructure, with strong participation from GoodWe’s distributors and being the recipients of the PVBM Project of the Year 2025 Award, GoodWe PVBM reinforced its mission to promote solar beyond rooftops and embed renewable design into all aspects of Australia’s built environment.

The PVBM Project of the Year 2025 Award was presented to Direct Solar Wholesaler for their incredible 91 kW installation on the Sunshine Coast that was completed using the Galaxy Series Lightweight Panels across three residences. The installation was a great example as it represented innovation, technical precision, and design integrity associated with this new generation of BIPV solutions, tackling structural limitations associated with previous generations of BIPV products, whilst also achieving functionality and architectural beauty.

During both days, guests at Booth EE135 witnessed GoodWe PVBM's industry-leading technology expanding solar access to new surfaces with one of its flagship products, the VELA 4.8 kW Residential Solar Carport and the Galaxy Series 360 W Lightweight Panels. Significantly, the VELA Solar Carport proved a hit, as it is a fully modular, waterproof, and STC-eligible system designed for battery and EV-integrated applications, solution for homeowners with limited rooftop or aging roofs. The Galaxy Series continued to demonstrate its application for low-load commercial sheds and carports and significantly expanded solar power design for structures that cannot effectively deploy traditional solar panel systems.
GoodWe PVBM also showcased alongside several important partners at the exhibition. Your Energy Answers, a media partner based in Quebec, hosted detailed booth interviews to capture GoodWe PVBM's entire BIPV product line and vision for the future, advancing solar architecture. WareGreen, the architectural-distribution partner in Queensland, joined in the booth to demonstrate the important success of design integrity and renewable energy applications growing in synergy, and Blue Sun Group, a national solar distributor, supported co-marketing on-site and video collaboration featuring the VELA Residential Solar Carport.

“2025 is our biggest year yet, and with the continuing support of our partners, distributors, and media partners, we are fulfilling our mission to solarise every building, from driveways to warehouses, and get BIPV as the next step in sustainable architecture” said Kang Ren, Sales Manager of GoodWe PVBM Australia and New Zealand.
The positive attendance and response at All-Energy Australia 2025 reinforced the growing desire for design-compatible solar products that understand aesthetics, safety, and long-term value. Looking ahead to 2026, GoodWe PVBM is continuing the success of VELA and Galaxy to empower a future where every building across Australia and New Zealand has a solar contribution and integration.
