December 31, 2025
In 2025, GoodWe carried out a range of initiatives in the BIPV (Building-Integrated Photovoltaics) sector, including technological innovation, project implementation and strategic collaboration. The year also marked GoodWe 15th anniversary, during which GoodWe collaborated with global partners to advance sustainable development initiatives.
To meet the differentiated demands of residential, industrial and commercial scenarios, GoodWe launched a portfolio of innovative BIPV products in 2025. The lineup includes the ESA-Athena integrated energy storage system, an all-in-one device combining inverters, batteries, and intelligent energy management functions.

In December, GoodWe Polaris Series completed rigorous testing by Friedmann & Kirchner (F&K), a leading German authority in material and component inspection. The certification confirms that the Polaris Series complies with laminated safety glass (LSG/VSG) requirements under Germany’s DIN 18008 construction safety standard. The certification attests to the product’s quality and reliability, and reflects GoodWe’s focus on delivering PV solutions that meet strict international standards.
As a key component of GoodWe "Generation-Grid-Load-Storage-Intelligence" strategy in the construction sector, GoodWe PVBM division works to transform buildings from energy consumers into energy producers.
GoodWe's flagship project, the Square Hall Water Citstyard, holds the title of the world’s largest solar tile roof project, with a coverage area of over 40,000 square meters. In terms of ESG performance, GoodWe Shennongjia Zero-Carbon Microgrid Project was named one of 26 exemplary cases at the Eco Forum Global Guiyang 2025, as part of the "2025 Corporate Green Transition and ESG Practice Case" initiative on July 5.

GoodWe also received an AA rating in the latest ESG assessment by Wind, ranking among the top 10 out of 394 enterprises in the Electrical Equipment III category. In December, GoodWe received the EcoVadis Gold Medal for Sustainability Rating, demonstrating GoodWe’s steadfast commitment to sustainable development and ESG practices across the global operations.
Separately, GoodWe PVBM participated in the Sydney Build Expo in May 2025, showcasing flagship PVBM innovations to strengthen its presence in sustainable energy architecture.
GoodWe 2025 BIPV initiatives were supported by its valued partners. To expand market reach, GoodWe established strategic cooperation with ArchiPro, a leading platform for architects, and officially launched its full range of PV-integrated building products on ArchiPro Australia.
2025 marked GoodWe 15th anniversary, a milestone in its development from a professional inverter manufacturer to a player in the global smart energy ecosystem. With a global team of over 6,000 employees, GoodWe focuses on helping customers achieve long-term sustainable value.
Looking ahead, GoodWe will collaborate with all sectors of society and join hands with its valued partners to co-create a new era of smart energy development.
